  • How often should I change an air filter?

    At least twice a year, once each in the height of the heating and cooling seasons.

  • How can I protect the system from power issues?

    We can install lightning rods and other protective equipment to help reduce electrical interference and prevent more costly repairs.


  • What should I do for Indoor Air Quality?

    Besides changing air filters often, indoor and outdoor coils should be cleaned routinely as well as performing refrigerant charge checks often.


  • Are there further precautions we can take to reduce contaminants?

    We offer UV light installations that help eliminate harmful and odor-causing bacteria and are constantly researching ways to improve air quality for our clients and their equipment.

  • How can I extend the life of my system?

    Preventative maintenance agreements along with regular equipment service checks can help extend the life of any system. NexGen consistently discovers equipment issues while performing PMs for our clients that can be fixed with minor repairs often before problems escalate.
