At NexGen HVAC Services, safety is our top priority, and Ben Margriter leads the charge as our Safety Officer. Since taking over full responsibilities in 2024, he has built our safety program from the ground up, overseeing policy implementation, training, and worksite inspections.

A member of the ASSP Greater Tidewater Chapter, Benjamin is dedicated to continuous learning and is furthering his education in safety. Outside of work, he enjoys video games and has a great sense of humor. His leadership ensures a safer workplace for our team every day and Ben works diligently to improve our safety standards year-round.
